The Last Mad Man

Steven Phillips-Horst (New York, USA)

In the not-too-distant future, ecological catastrophe has ripped society’s flesh clean off and civilization is nothing but a rancid husk. From the ashes, one survivor rises. An advertising copywriter. Join a stark raving adman at the end of the world as he tries to rebrand… the end of the world. What do we call this new dystopia? Who’s it for? What’s our why? As he takes the audience on a gonzo brainstorming session, our protagonist faces his own existential crisis: What’s a copywriter without a client?
