From exploitative interviews to absurd job offers, his journey exposes the broken and corrupt system facing many young people. One company wants him as a bouncer, another wants free labour. Through sharp humour and raw honesty, Dear Applicant explores the frustration, desperation and quiet resilience of a generation promised everything but handed nothing. Still, Jaja keeps pushing. Because if no one sees you, are you even there?
