Hi Mum!

Isla Brae is a mother of two young women, Alba and Elspeth, who have come to see their mother for the very last time. Elspeth is more familiar with their mother’s state than Alba, leading to heads butting as they work together to find a way to say goodbye. Hi Mum! is about two daughters who come to a funeral home viewing room to see their mother before her cremation. The show begins when the funeral director leaves the daughters with their mother’s body, surrounded by the audience in an intimate stage setting.
