For two decades Ron Low helped over 65,000 circumcised men undertake non-surgical foreskin restoration using TLC Tugger devices he invented. Ron performs on an exotic stringed instrument called a Harpejji, accompanied by backing tracks, while wearing one of his tugging devices under his kilt.
