Then: dates with Myra Hindley, glam rock gods, charity-cheque-sized death certificates, unexpectedly Cajun long-lost sons, street heroin, proctology appointments, Strava, misguided mobsters and a bit of bird-spotting, all held together by one man and his microphone…
